Jagruti Hirani(Jag) was my Physical Therapist for four months after my shoulder replacement surgery. I am a tennis player, and I had a goal to be back on the courts in four months which was an aggressive expectation. I was told I would never be the player I was before my injury which was exactly what I did not want to hear. I am a serious player despite my age (71) and I was determined to come as close to my game before the injury.
Jagruti turned out to be my recovery partner. She designed my therapy with tennis in mind and directed me with drills and exercises which developed my tennis muscles. All of our sessions were designed for a highly successful four-month recovery. We were highly successful. I could not have been more pleased with her work on my behalf.
I was back on the courts two weeks before the tennis season began, which gave me ample time to work on my game and be an asset to my team. My partner and I won our first two matches of the season and were quickly promoted to the top level. We are still unbeaten. I don’t know if I would have had the same success with any other therapist. Jagruti knew the exact program I needed to meet my aggressive goal. I highly recommend her
