I do not usually write reviews, but in this case I must. Jagruti (Jag) Hirani is the the most professional and knowledgeable therapist I have ever had. And I have had a few! Jag provides in home therapy - she arrives on time and communicates any changes in dates or times promptly. She gently increased exercises as I improved. I did not feel pressured, but encouraged in all my sessions. In a nutshell, Jag is the best! And to show how good she is - my last visit to my shoulder surgeon (I had a reverse shoulder replacement) - I was told I was in the top 10% of all his patients! The Physical Therapy I received from Jag was for my rotator cuff on my Left and right side. Jag was excellent in providing care and was very understanding of my needs and where I was experiencing pain and to modify any exercises to reduce the range of motion to limit pin but at the same time she knew when to push me to achieve the flexibility and strength that was needed. Jag was very thoughtful and considerate and was also extremely knowledgeable of understanding the intricacies of all the movable parts of muscles, ligaments and tendons that are necessary to achieve successful PT. I would highly recommend Jag since I felt she was an excellent therapist and very helpful in my recovery and I no longer have any pain and have achieved full range of motion and regained my strength in both shoulders.
